Importance of Skills – Soft Skills

Today in every situation whether we are a student, whether we are a job class people, we all need a skills. Skills make a persons persona, his personality. Basically skills are of two types hard skills and soft skills. But today I will be telling you the importance of soft skills and define also what is soft skills.

Soft skills are the skills which we must learn, it is basically comprises of your personality skills, your communication skills, your presentation skills. Today if you are a student then you must know that when you are in class then there are lectures of english communication in our school, some where there are the lecture of Group Discussion or we say GD classes. So do you know why the school gives a lot of importance to these classes. But many of the student fear to face this classes, they rather try to bunk the classes. 

So our school also give the importance to these classes, this is because we should learn some skills so that we can perform well everywhere. There are many students who even fear to take a stand in class and say anything in front of their class member only. So if we are perfect in these skills then we don’t have to fear from anything.

Today the importance of these skills has increased to a large extent and many of the Institute take a good amount of rupees to teach these skills. Today if we are a college student then I must say that you should be expert in these skills.

Today the scenario of placement is basically changed. Before 5-6 years the hard skills are having more importance in job placement i.e. your cgpa should be good, your resume should be good, you should know any programming language if you are an engineering student. There were many criterias, but recently the company placement scenario has been changed. They look for the student who is over all develop in every field. They mainly focuses on the students soft skills.

So guys you must develop soft skills if you want to earn a living in a good way. Soft skills play a very important role in a student life or any persons life.
